How We Work With You

We work closely with you and your teams to understand the maturity of your Lean implementation, and the tools you need and to agree on the level of pre-implementation work required.

Whilst our Lean applications such as Structured Problem Solving and Leader Standard Work can be delivered stand-alone, most customers start with Daily Management, the first stage of which is to configure the Metric Dashboard and agree on data collection points, ownership and methods.

This may appear complicated but we have a robust and tried and tested implementation approach based on the completion of a “Blueprint” that we then use to configure our system.

We complete the Blueprint with those you identify as the System Owner and Super Users, and via the process, they learn about the tools and how to derive benefit from them, and we learn about your organisation and its needs.

Our customers vary from large multi-national Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers to SMEs and if Lean consultancy is required to supplement your team or build capability it can be provided by our partner, Iter Consulting.

Implementation timescales typically range from 8 to 12 weeks.
